This was my first trip to Mexico, and arriving in Querétaro at 10pm at night was a little daunting. Having watched all the usual advice about travelling safely in Mexico, I felt much more reassured knowing that we had booked a highly reputable transport company to collect us from the airport and take us safely to our hotel.

From the very beginning, MOVAZTE Transporte Ejecutivo were absolutely fantastic.

Our communication with our driver was through WhatsApp and was instantaneous, which was a huge relief when our luggage was delayed by 45 minutes. By this time it was getting close to 11pm, but our driver simply assured us that it was absolutely no problem and that he would be waiting for us.

When we finally arrived, our driver was the most courteous and professional gentleman, with impeccable English — another huge relief as my Spanish is nowhere near as good as I would like it to be! 😂

On arriving at our hotel, our lovely driver even told us that we could contact him during our stay if we needed any advice or assistance. I thought this was incredibly kind and really demonstrated how much they genuinely care about their customers.

Then, on our journey home, our flight was scheduled for 3am. At 3:15am we received a message from the airline informing us that our flight had been delayed by eight hours! We frantically contacted our driver, expecting this to cause all sorts of problems, but once again his response was simply, “No problem.”

Our journey to the airport was rescheduled without any fuss whatsoever, and we arrived safely and on time for our flight home.

I honestly cannot express enough what an amazing company MOVAZTE is. From the moment we arrived in Mexico until the moment we left, I felt completely safe, looked after and in very capable hands.

I would highly recommend MOVAZTE Transporte Ejecutivo to anyone travelling to Querétaro. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
